How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we offer PAN India shipping through trusted delivery partners.
How long does custom manufacturing take?
Production time depends on the order size and design requirements. Most bulk orders are completed within 7–21 business days after design approval.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ depends on the product and customization requirements. Contact us with your project details for an accurate quotation.
Can I customize my own designs?
Yes. You can provide your own artwork, logo or design, and our team will help prepare it for production if required.
What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture oversized T-shirts, acid wash T-shirts, polos, hoodies, jerseys, uniforms, event merchandise and other custom apparel.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample production is available before bulk manufacturing. Sample charges may apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UPI, Bank Transfer and other manual payment methods. Payment details are shared after order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Can I return or exchange my order?
No returns are accepted. Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, size issue or incorrect products. Requests must be emailed to support@rebyln.com within 48 hours of delivery. Custom-manufactured products are not eligible unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive the tracking details via WhatsApp or email.
